01 · Chief Executive Officer
Cody is a Navy veteran who built his roofing career inside two of Florida's largest residential roofing companies before founding West Roofing. He started the company to build the kind of business he would want to hire — one where the price reflects the work, the people on the roof are the same people in the meetings, and the customer relationship outlasts the project itself.
02 · Chief Revenue Officer
Zach runs the revenue side of West Roofing — pricing, growth, marketing, and the way the company shows up to a homeowner before, during, and after the project. He brings a fifteen-plus-year career in technology and business operations to the work.
He joined to bring the customer experience to the same standard the field crews already meet.
03 · Director of Operations
Will has been on roofs since he was sixteen — starting in tear-off and installation, then working up through project management. Over a decade later, he runs production at West Roofing: every job, every crew, every schedule. He met Cody at a larger Florida firm and brought the same standard of work that's now the West Roofing baseline.
