A roofing studio, in brief.

West Roofing was founded in 1992 in Cocoa Beach by craftsmen who had spent the previous decade installing clay tile for Florida's architect-led residential market. The studio's first commission was a single Mediterranean Revival home; the second was its neighbor.

Over three decades, the practice has remained intentionally small. We do not chase volume. We have, however, become the studio that architects, designers, and discerning owners call when the roof must be right — not approximately, but exactly.

Our reach now extends from Cocoa Beach south through the Palm Beaches and Broward, west across Tampa Bay, and into select referral projects beyond. Every roof we have ever set is still on a house, somewhere, doing the work it was specified to do.
